If you need to use custom text in the email template to match the contact's gender, use the " Inflection" feature in the text editor. Enter the male/female version and in the "Unspecified" field, enter the text that would appear if the contact's gender is unknown. Incomaker will select the correct text for each email based on the contact's gender.
