You can easily export the data from your reports. Just click at the red icon at the top of the list.

You can either get a CSV, XLSX, or XLS file in your email that can be opened in Excel.

Note that due to security measures, this feature is switched off by default unless you are an account administrator. If you are an account administrator, you can visit user settings and allow the access to the export for particular people.
